They were very understanding. reception gave me enthusiastic guidance on local restaurants and directions. i enjoyed the complimentary welcome drinks and free coffee in the reception area. breakfast was a good experience with a great selection of food. I had a special request that was met with wonderful service.

The hotel features an excellent location near many main attractions. It is a very short walk into town and the Jewish quarter. the convenience extends to transport links with the main train station and tramway close by. the vicinity includes a restaurant just down the block.

the room included air conditioning that worked reliably ensuring a comfortable temperature. it was spacious though mine was a handicapped accessible room so it had more space. i found the room to be very clean and well maintained and the bed was comfortable.
